His approach to law is simple and effective: Develop a relationship with clients so they can elevate their business to the next level.
Jody is not just a lawyer, he’s also an adviser and trusted friend. As issues arise, you can feel confident you’re working with someone who genuinely cares about how the results will affect you. Whether it’s in forming a new company, preparing an agreement, providing guidance to a manufacturer, or securing and protecting trademarks and copyrights, Jody is always working hard for clients in various industries. While a significant portion of his practice has been in the representation of clients in the dietary supplement, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and food industries, in the United States and internationally, Jody is absolutely willing to help with your business. For the last 23 years, his law practice’s focus has been on assisting business owners, women and entrepreneurs with business-related and contractual matters and regulatory compliance with the FDA and FTC – this includes claims and label review, as well as brand promotion & protection related issues for those in the dietary supplement, cosmetics, food & beverage, health & fitness, modeling and entertainment industries
Jody is a huge Disney addict and a fan of all sports, especially the University of Alabama and Chicago Cubs. When he’s not serving his clients, he loves to spend his free time fishing.
